TERMS OF ONLINE TICKET SALES FOR ACQUARIO DI GENOVA
The general terms and conditions described below regulate the relations between Costa Edutainment (hereinafter referred to as C.E.), service provider of online ticketing, and the users of said service.

Art. 1 – SCOPE OF SERVICE
The service provided by CE consists in giving information regarding the access to the facilities managed in the Area of Porto Antico (Old Harbour) in Genoa (Acquario di Genova, Galata Museo del Mare and Nazario Sauro Submarine, Biosphere, Bigo Panoramic Lift, Dialogo nel buio), as well as the chance for the users to book and buy the tickets to access the facilities and related services described above. This service is provided through the website www.acquariodigenova.it and the websites of each facility.
Art. 2 – HOW TO BOOK AND BUY TICKETS
Art. 3 – TICKET PAYMENT METHODS
You can make your payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, MAE, Diners Club) and via PayPal abiding by the provisions described in the online procedures.
Art. 4 – HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS
After completing your payment by credit card, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with an “Order confirmation with ticket” attached, which will be valid to access the facilities you have booked.

Art. 5 – TICKET PRICES AND VALIDITY
The access to Acquario di Genova is scheduled in 30-minute “time slots.” Prices and validity of tickets for Acquario di Genova and combined tickets (AcquarioVillage, PianetAcquario and GalatAcquario) are specified during the purchasing process. The ticket sales system of Acquario di Genova uses a dynamic pricing platform.
This means that the prices shown during the purchasing process may vary, at CE’s sole discretion, according to some factors, including but not limited to: high/low season, entrance time, and weather conditions.
Such variations occur on a daily basis and during the night and concern tickets for a SPECIFIC DAY and TIME. It is understood and agreed that for any purchase completed, the price of the same specific day tickets purchased at a given price for a specific date and time may be adjusted upwards or downwards during the night after the purchase date in accordance with the aforementioned factors. Please note that the price shown during the purchase transaction is the best possible price at that time.
OPEN tickets are valid for 12 months after the purchase date and their price is unique and defined. They are not subject to changes according to the aforementioned factors, without prejudice to periodical changes to the price list.
Art. 6 – TICKET CHANGE OR CANCELLATION AND REFUND APPLICATION
The online DATE-SPECIFIC tickets are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other promotions. Date and time slot cannot be changed for any reason.
OPEN tickets are non-refundable.
Art. 7 – COMPLIANCE WITH DATE AND ENTRANCE TIME FOR ACQUARIO DI GENOVA
You must comply with date and entrance time chosen to visit Acquario di Genova. It will not be possible to access Acquario di Genova on a date or at a time other than those specified in the ticket. Said conditions shall apply also to combined tickets (Acquario Village – PianetAcquario – GalatAcquario) only with regard to the access to Acquario di Genova. The other facilities may be visited within the validity of the ticket.
Art. 8 – APPLICABLE LAW, SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions, as well as the provision of our services, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Italian law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any natural person using our services for reasons other than professional (hereinafter referred to also as “consumer”) may invoke the laws of their Country of habitual residence. Any dispute arising from these general Terms and Conditions and from our services shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts. For consumers of the European Economic Area: in case of complaints, we recommend you to contact our Consumer Support first. Should the issue not be solved, you can also submit the complaint through the European Commission platform for online dispute resolution, available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
The original English version of these Terms and Conditions may have been translated into other languages. The translated versions are unofficial and for illustrative purposes only, and are not legally binding. In case of objections or incongruities or discrepancies between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and the translations in other languages, the English version shall prevail and shall be the final version. The English version is available on our Platform (selecting the English language) or it can be sent upon written request.
Should any of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions not be valid, rendered invalid, be or become non-binding, all other clauses shall remain valid. In this event, we will replace such clause with a valid and binding clause, having an effect as similar as possible to the clause being replaced that you undertake to accept in compliance with the contents and the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
