FAQ

  • The entrance ticket to the Genoa Aquarium, like the tickets for all the other structures included in the AcquarioVillage (The City of Children and Teens, Bigo and Biosphere), combined included, ARE NOT NOMINAL.
    For tickets purchased online, the name that appears on them is that of the person who made the purchase, or the gift recipient.
    In case of impossibility to carry out the visit, the tickets can therefore be transferred to third parties.
  • The FIXED DATE ticket requires, at the time of purchase, the reservation of the date/time slot chosen to carry out the visit. Date and time slot are binding and must be respected.
    The FLEXI ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase, does not require immediate booking and gives the possibility of making a date/time slot change, avoiding the loss of the ticket in the event of inconveniences.
  • If you have purchased a FIXED DATE ticket, we are sorry but, as per the conditions of sale, this is not possible.
    If you have purchased an OPEN FLEXI ticket, you can change the date/time slot of the visit once, within 2 hours of the chosen entry time, at the following link: ?
  • Disabled people with documentation certifying their disability are entitled to a discounted fare ("reduced" ticket).
    The companion of the 100% disabled person is entitled to free entry; in case of online purchase, the companion must go to the cash desk to collect the free ticket, upon presentation of the above-mentioned certification.
    In the case of disabled people aged between 4 and 12, we recommend purchasing the "child" ticket, which is cheaper than the "reduced" ticket.
  • Sorry, no animals are allowed inside the Genoa Aquarium with the exception of guide dogs for blind people.

Organisational model

Legislative decree 06/08/2001 n. 231 “Discipline of the administrative responsibility of legal persons, companies and associations even without legal personality” was issued in implementation of the art. 11 of the enabling law n. 300/2000, law ratifying important international acts.

Costa Edutainment SpA is sensitive to the need to ensure conditions of correctness and transparency in the conduct of business and company activities, to protect its position and image, and is aware of the importance of having an internal control system suitable for preventing commission of illicit conduct by its directors, employees, collaborators, representatives and business partners.

To this end, although the adoption of the Model is provided by law as optional and not mandatory, Costa Edutainment SpA believes that the adoption and effective implementation of the Model itself helps to improve its Corporate Governance, limiting the risk of commission of crimes within the company itself.

Costa Edutainment SpA firmly believes that it is necessary to conform to ethically correct behavior, both in relation to compliance with laws and statutes.

For this reason, Costa Edutainment SpA signs a Code of Ethics, in line with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Attention to the promotion of ethical conduct was reflected, first of all, in the establishment and drafting of this document, which was submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.

The Code of Ethics is a set of principles and guidelines that are designed to inspire the activities of Costa Edutainment SpA and guide the behavior not only of its employees, but also of all those with whom the Company comes into contact during its activity , with the aim of ensuring that its efficiency and seriousness are also accompanied by ethical conduct.

This Code of Ethics, therefore, is a founding component of the organizational model and control system adopted by Costa Edutainment SpA, given the belief that ethics in business conduct are the basis of the success of our Company's activity.

The Organizational Model and the Code of Ethics have been approved by the Board of Directors of Costa Edutainment SpA

Costa Edutainment SpA has established a Supervisory Body made up of three members to evaluate the functioning of the Model and monitor its observance. The Supervisory Body has autonomous powers of initiative and control.

Any violation or suspected violation of Model 231 and any other information relating to the implementation of the Model can be reported to the Supervisory Body.
