ONLINE TICKETS TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GENOA AQUARIUM
The general conditions described below regulate the relationship between Costa Edutainment (hereinafter referred to as CE), the company providing the online ticketing service, and the users of this service.

Art. 1 – OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The service provided by CE provides information regarding admission to the facilities managed in the Porto Antico area of Genoa (Genoa Aquarium, La Città dei Bambini e dei Ragazzi, Biosfera, Bigo Panoramic Lift), as well as allowing users to book and purchase admission tickets to the facilities described above and related services. This service is provided through the website www.acquariodigenova.it and the websites of the individual facilities.
Art. 2 – TICKETS BOOKING AND PURCHASE METHODS
To book and purchase tickets, please complete all required sections of the CE online form. Please read the privacy policy. Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is successfully completed. Ticket purchases are finalized by completing the form and making payment. Multiple tickets can be purchased in a single transaction.
Art. 3 – TICKETS PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, MAE, DinersClub, or PayPal credit cards, following the instructions outlined in the online procedures.
Art. 4 – TICKETS PURCHASE METHODS
After completing your credit card payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with the "Order Confirmation with Ticket Attached" attached, which is valid for access to the booked facilities.

Art. 5 – PRICES AND VALIDITY OF TICKET
Access to the Genoa Aquarium is regulated in half-hour "time slots." Prices and validity of Genoa Aquarium tickets and combined tickets (AcquarioVillage, PianetaAcquario, Genoa Aquarium + La Città dei bambini e dei ragazzi) are specified during the purchase process. The Genoa Aquarium and PianetaAcquario ticket sales system uses a platform whose unique feature is dynamic admission prices.
This means that the prices presented during the purchase process are subject to variations in face value, at the sole discretion of CE, according to certain variables: high/low season, entry time slot, weather conditions, for example and not limited to.
These changes occur daily and overnight and concern tickets with a FIXED DATE and TIME SLOT . It is understood that for each purchase concluded, the same fixed-date ticket purchased at a certain price for a certain date and time slot may always be subject to upward or downward price variations during the night following the purchase date due to the aforementioned variables. Please note that the price displayed at the time of purchase is the best possible price at the time of purchase.
The Città dei Bambini Aquarium and AcquarioVillage tickets do not apply dynamic pricing.
OPEN tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and have a unique, fixed value. Their price will not vary based on the variables defined above, except for periodic price list changes.
Art. 6 – TICKET MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION AND REFUND REQUEST
The FIXED DATE online ticket is non-refundable and cannot be combined with other promotions. The date and time cannot be changed for any reason. The OPEN ticket is non-refundable.
Art. 7 – COMPLIANCE WITH THE DATE AND TIME SLOT FOR ENTRY TO THE GENOA AQUARIUM
The date and time slot selected for your visit to the Genoa Aquarium must be adhered to. It will therefore not be possible to access the Genoa Aquarium on a date or time slot other than those indicated on the ticket. These conditions also apply to combined tickets (Acquariovillage – Pianetacquario) for access to the Genoa Aquarium only. The other facilities may be visited within the validity of the ticket.
Art. 8 – APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Notwithstanding the foregoing regarding jurisdiction, a natural person using any of our services for purposes that could be considered outside their professional activity (hereinafter also referred to as a "consumer") may invoke the laws in force in the country in which they habitually reside. Any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions and our services shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts. For consumers in the European Economic Area: if you have a complaint, we recommend that you first contact our Customer Service. If the matter is not resolved, you can submit your complaint through the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, which you can find at this address: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .

In the event of any dispute or inconsistency or discrepancy between the English text and any translation of these Terms and Conditions into other languages, the English text will prevail and be final. The English text is available on our Platform (by selecting the English language) or will be sent to you upon written request.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, unenforceable, or otherwise unenforceable, you will remain bound by all other provisions herein. In such event, we will replace such provision with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the effect of the replaced provision, which you agree to accept in accordance with the content and purpose of these Terms and Conditions.
